- •Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

- •Items must be in original packaging with all included accessories.

Defect Coverage
30 days on manufacturer defects
- •Products with manufacturer defects are covered for 30 days from purchase.
- •We will inspect the item and, if a defect is confirmed, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- •This covers manufacturing issues — not damage from normal use, user modifications, or improper handling.
- •Bring the item and your receipt to our Roy, UT store for evaluation.

Filament Returns
Unopened spools only — vacuum seal intact
- •Unopened, vacuum-sealed filament spools qualify for standard 14-day returns.
- •Once the vacuum seal is broken or the spool has been loaded into a printer, it cannot be returned.
- •If you believe a spool you received is defective (moisture damage, inconsistent diameter), contact us — we will evaluate and replace if warranted.

Custom Prints & Services
Custom-made items are non-refundable
- •Custom 3D printed items made to your specifications are non-refundable.
- •If the print does not match the agreed-upon specifications, we will reprint or offer a refund.
- •Repair services are non-refundable once completed — however, we stand behind our work and will diagnose and re-repair issues at no additional charge.

Exchanges
Different color, size, or material
- •Want a different color of the same filament or a different nozzle size? Exchanges are welcome within 14 days.
- •Price differences will be settled at the time of exchange (additional charge or store credit).
- •Exchanged items must be in original condition.
